Action Tank Industries is based in Noosaville QLD and has been manufacturing above ground rotationally moulded rain water harvesting tank systems for 20+ years. The company is Australian Owned and Operated and was also the first company in Australia to gain ‘Australian Standard’ approval and ‘Smart Approved Watermark’ Certification for their underground polyethylene rainwater harvesting tanks.
Our underground range of rainwater harvesting systems are completely packaged and include: leaf screen / 1st flush diverter, submersible pressure pump, testable double check valve (backflow prevention), a flashing light to indicate mains water usage and an automatic mains water diversion system. The systems are available in 2 separate formats, the DIVERSION and SPLIT Master tank systems. These systems have been a huge hit with many major home builders, designers and plumbers, who have all responded very enthusiastically to the simplicity of these cost effective systems. The underground tank are available throughout the eastern states of Australia and the tank sizes are 3000ltr, 4550ltr and 5000ltr or multiples of. Tanks can also be used for detention and fire fighting tank purposes.

A water tank is simply a pool with a lid, and as BASIX, 5 Star or council rainwater tank requirements take hold in urban areas, more and more curious children are exposed to a device that they have had no experience with. Just as alarming is the fact that their parents have similarly very little awareness.
After recent tragic events this year involving the death of infants in water tanks, Action Tanks and Laurie Lawrence joined forces to promote child safety, and help to prevent similar tragedies occurring.
Action Tanks have specifically designed their tanks to be child safe. Action Tanks are also actively involved in educating the community about tank dangers and it is for these reasons that Laurie Lawrence has decided to endorse Action Tanks products.
