Another popular but more involved way is to go for a Knock Down Rebuild. This is where you buy an existing home that normally needs extensive renovations or perhaps you might choose to knock down your current home and replace it with a brand new home.

This is a good solution for homebuyers who cant find land where they want to build or they want to live in the same street as they live in now. With Knock Down Rebuild there are quite a few things to take into consideration. We will talk about those in a later program.

Knock Down Rebuild is not normally for first homebuyers because of the complexity and cost.
